gu_de considers environmental and production standards when sourcing natural leather and continues its efforts to source leather from high-standard tanneries. For more information on leather sourcing and environmental practices, see our Sustainability page.

Yes. gu_de uses REPREVE-certified recycled polyester for its logo lining and GRS-certified recycled nylon, MIPAN regen, for its signature “g” logo jacquard. When plastic packaging is necessary, gu_de also uses packaging made with biodegradable resin.

Each product page includes a Measurements section with details such as the bag’s body dimensions, handle drop or strap information where applicable, and weight. Selected products also include capacity information, such as the size of laptop or tablet they can accommodate.

Capacity varies by style. When specific fit information is available, it is listed in the Measurements section of the product page. For example, some styles include notes on compatible laptop or tablet sizes.

gu_de ships internationally from South Korea. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, and international delivery typically takes 3–5 days, mostly via DHL. gu_de does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or company-observed holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Order details cannot be adjusted once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us before the order ships. We may cancel the original order so that you can place a new one. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled with the carrier.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Pre-order items may be subject to production delays or cancellations. Please check the product page for the latest estimated shipping information before placing your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information from the carrier. gu_de is unable to provide tracking information beyond what is supplied by the carrier, and precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Restock timing varies by style. When an item becomes available again, it may appear in our Back In Stock collection. For questions about a specific style, please contact gu_de.

gu_de does not currently offer customization or personalization.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and included accessories. To start a return, contact gude@gu-de-official.com with your order number and return request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Under gu_de’s general return policy, only regularly priced items are eligible for return or refund. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by applicable law. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges for international orders are not guaranteed. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please request a return and place a new order unless another arrangement has been agreed with our customer service team.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact gu_de as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the return is approved because of a defective or incorrect item, or another error on gu_de’s part, gu_de will arrange the appropriate return process and cover the applicable return costs.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You can exercise this right through our Right of Withdrawal page, through the withdrawal link provided on our website and in applicable order emails, or by written notice.

Once your return has been received and inspected, gu_de will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

gu_de uses full-grain natural leather with minimal processing, so natural characteristics such as growth wrinkles, pores, or variations in the surface may remain. These are characteristics of natural leather rather than defects. Store your bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and substances such as alcohol, perfume, cosmetics, ink, or oil. Avoid overloading the bag, as excessive weight may cause deformation. For complete instructions, see our Product Care page.

Keep suede away from water, moisture, oils, perfume, cosmetics, direct sunlight, and heat. A suede brush or soft-bristle brush can be used gently to remove dust and restore the texture. For deep stains, discoloration, or significant wear, gu_de recommends consulting a specialist.

For professional repairs involving deformation, scratches, hardware issues, or other damage, gu_de recommends consulting a qualified repair specialist. If you need product-specific guidance or assistance, please contact gu_de before proceeding.
