Refund policy

RETURNS

This Refund Policy applies to general return requests. If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this policy affects your statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. EU consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal through our Right of Withdrawal page.

Our general return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Return requests under our general return policy must be made within this 14-day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item is returned damaged, used, altered, or not in its original condition, except where prohibited by applicable law. For returns or exchanges under our general return policy, including returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. If the original order was eligible for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost paid or subsidized by us may be deducted from the refund for returns due to a change of mind, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

To request a return under our general return policy, please email us at gude@gu-de-official.com with your order number and return request and we will send you further instructions.

If you are a consumer in the European Union and wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you may do so without giving any reason. Please use our Right of Withdrawal page or the “Withdraw from contract here” link provided on our website and order-related emails. 

For EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, the return timeline set out in our Right of Withdrawal page applies.

For returns under our general return policy, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For approved returns under our general return policy, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable and the remaining refund amount will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Depending on the credit card company, the processing time for the refund may vary.

For EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you believe the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at gude@gu-de-official.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the issue. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Only regular priced items may be refunded under our general return policy. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal or legal guarantee rights that may apply.
