Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer as well as any exchange or returns request. 

To complete your return, please email us at gude@gu-de-official.com the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions. Any item not in its original condition (unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt), is damage or missing parts for reason not due to our error cannot be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For approved returned stock, we will be deducting the shipping fees of both way and rest of your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Depending on the credit card company, the processing time for the refund will vary.

In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at gude@gu-de-official.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. 

We do not offer price adjustments.
